Total Units / Day = 160

Cost / Unit = £5

23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st July 2021: 

Bao Buns - 60 units / day 

Tacos - 60 units / day 

Total Units / Day = 120

Cost / Unit = £5 
Total Cost / Day = £600

 

Total Food Cost x 6 Days = £3800

 

Product Packaging (To Serve Samples at Event): 

 

Total Required = 760 Units 

Total Cost @ £0.50 / Unit = £380

 

Delivery Fee:

 

Daily delivery to Victoria Park = £30

Total Delivery Fee x 6 Days = £180

    - Payment is non-refundable once work commences on Monday 5th July.  

    - The Remaining 25% (£1165) of the total fee (£4660) plus Stripe Fee (£49.14) must be paid Friday 9th July as agreed to ensure the catering can go ahead and be delivered on the agreed dates (22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st July 2021).
